Which areas of Dubai and the UAE do you serve?

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
For genuine emergencies such as burst pipes, electrical faults or AC failure, we aim to have a technician on-site within 2–4 hours depending on location and time of day. Emergency call-outs are available 7 days a week.
Do your technicians hold UAE licences and certifications?
Yes. All our electricians, plumbers and AC technicians hold valid UAE trade licences and relevant certifications. We are fully licensed and compliant with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Absolutely. Every completed job comes with a workmanship warranty — typically 3–12 months depending on service type. If an issue arises from our work within that period, we return and rectify it at no additional cost.
Can you supply materials, or do I need to buy them myself?
We can supply all necessary materials and spare parts at competitive prices from trusted UAE suppliers. You're also welcome to supply your own materials and we'll install them. We'll advise the best approach during the site visit.
How does your Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) work?
Our AMC packages cover scheduled preventive maintenance visits throughout the year — AC servicing, plumbing checks, electrical inspections — at a fixed annual fee. AMC clients receive priority scheduling and discounted rates on additional work.
How do you handle payment and invoicing?
We accept bank transfer, cash and card payments. Corporate clients can request 30-day payment terms upon account approval. A detailed invoice is issued for every job. Larger renovation projects require a deposit to confirm scheduling.
Do you provide written quotations before starting work?
Always. No work begins without a written, approved quotation. Our quotes break down labour, materials, timeline and optional items clearly — so there are never any surprises on the final invoice.
